Open Text Corporation announced that it has entered into an agreement to aquire Metastorm Inc. Metastorm Inc. is a provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Analysis (BPA), and Enterprise Architecture (EA) software. The aquisition, which is expected to close this quarter would further enhance Open Text's existing ECM solutions portfolio.
