Tarrant Regional Water District requested Axyon’s assistance to begin the process to integrate Microsoft SharePoint to the new OpenText Content Server environment (Formerly known as Livelink). By initially scoping out a specific department, TRWD was able to fully understand the impact a full integration would have on all governmental departments and plan a phased roll out accordingly. By providing integration of documents in SharePoint to a new Open Text environment, Tarrant was able to leverage a newly created Records Management policy Axyon helped to create as well.
